Refund Terms

This is a Digital Licensed Software: WPS AI Gallery is a digital licensed software product. Refund eligibility is limited to unused or unactivated licenses. Once a license is activated, the product is considered delivered and a refund may not be applicable.

Refund Only If Activation Fails: Refunds are provided only if activation fails due to a technical error from our side, and we are unable to resolve the issue or provide an alternative solution. Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of purchase. All refund decisions are subject to verification of purchase and eligibility.

No Refund After Successful Activation: Once activation is successful, no refunds will be provided. The software is digitally delivered and immediately usable upon activation.

Trial or Demo Access: Trial or demo access, if offered, does not guarantee refund eligibility. Refund terms apply to purchased licenses only, as set out in this policy.

1. Activation Failure

If activation fails due to a technical error from our side, we will:

  • Attempt to fix the issue remotely where possible
  • Re-activate the license on the same machine if needed
  • Provide alternative solutions to ensure you can use the software

If we are unable to resolve the activation issue after reasonable attempts, a full refund will be provided.

2. No Refund After Activation

Once your license has been successfully activated, no refunds will be provided. This includes:

  • Change of mind or decision not to use the software
  • Dissatisfaction with software features or performance
  • System compatibility issues discovered after activation
  • Incompatibility with your system or requirements
  • Any other reason after successful activation

Important: Once activated, the product is considered delivered. No refunds are available after successful activation.

3. Refund Process & Time Limit

To request a refund (only if activation failed):

  • Refund request must be raised within 7 days of purchase date

  • Provide your license details and activation attempt information
  • Allow us reasonable time (up to 3 business days) to attempt resolution
  • If resolution is not possible after our attempts, refund will be processed within 7-14 business days

Note: Refund requests received after 7 days of purchase will not be considered, even if activation failed, unless there are exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

4. Verification & Company Decision

All refund requests are subject to verification of purchase, activation attempts, and eligibility. We may request proof of purchase, license details, and evidence of the reported issue. In cases of suspected misuse, fraud, abuse of the refund process, or violation of our Terms of Service, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. The company’s decision on refund eligibility is final.
